BOWIE UNZIPPED

Jeff Duff's BOWIE UNZIPPED returns to Birds Basement in a series of 4 shows over 2 nights.

The gig was originally to take place in July then October. After two lock down setbacks,  it finally appears to be happening over two nights in November.

WE CAN BE HEROES - THE MUSIC OF BOWIE ORCHESTRATED

Conducted by George Ellis, the 24 piece Symphony Orchestra will perform the best of Bowie Special guest vocalists are Steve Kilbey (The Church), iOTA, Jeff Duff and Chris Cooke.

Originally scheduled for AUG 22, then OCT 17, now it is DEC 12.

Cinema Nova are showing the 1980s film 'Absolute Beginners' which has Bowie's involvement both on the screen and on the soundtrack.

The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Bowie Downunder's Bruce Butler conducted by Jane Gazzo.
